At Threadznpret, all outfits are checked carefully before dispatch. As we deal in lawn, formal, and bridal wear, replacements are offered only in genuine damage cases.

Replacement is allowed only if the item received is damaged or faulty. Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and share clear pictures or a video of the issue on WhatsApp. Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Products that show signs of wear, stitching, alteration, or washing will not qualify for replacement.

Replacement is provided only after the issue is reviewed and approved by our team. Cash refunds or store credit are not offered.

Customized, stitched, bridal outfits, and sale items are not eligible for replacement.

International orders are also not eligible for replacement.

Once the damaged item is received and verified, a replacement of the same product will be sent, subject to availability.
